All Outline embroidery works take between 2 - 4 weeks depending on size and complexity.Outline works will default to black unless stated otherwise.

Terms of service

By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reasonCritiques about artistic skill or style preference and edits that harm the artistic quality of the piece will be rejected.

Payment

All prices are in USD.All prices are considered base prices and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the image and at my discretion. Price changes will not affect already accepted commissions.When a commission is accepted a final price will be sent based on what was asked and what budget was listed. Reasonable negotiations on price might be made at this moment.Payment must be received in full before any work will begin. My preferred method of payment is through Square or Paypal. If you require a payment plan, please contact me in advance. I will send an invoice to your email address, so please make sure you provide accurate information.You will not receive the completed commission until full payment has been received.Tips are welcome but will not make your commission a higher priority.

Shipping

Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are not included in the commission’s final price. An estimate will be shared before any payments are made with the actual cost calculated when the art is complete.Shipping will include insurance and tracking due to the ‘one of a kind’ nature of my textile art. Works will also be thoroughly packaged for protection and labeled with several “DO NOT BEND” stamps.All works are shipping from the USA and may have some mailing restrictions depending on what country you are from.

fees

Additional fees may be applied depending on the complexity of the image and the number of requested revisions at my discretion.I will share works-in-progress (WIPs) after each stage of the process to avoid excessive revisions. It is the commissioner’s responsibility to request changes after the WIP is shared. Once a pattern and color-key has been approved, no further changes to the overall design will be made. Minor color changes however can be requested due to the nature of transforming a digital sketch into textile art.Revisions made because of my error after pattern and color-key has been approved are free, provided the commissioner points it out immediately. Those made because of the commissioner’s error, a mutual misunderstanding, or lack of communication may be subject to additional fees at my discretion.Deadlines must be requested no sooner than 30 days before the deadline. Rush deadlines may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional fees.

Refunds and cancellations

You have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. However, any work done on the commission may result in fees being deducted from the cost.I have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. If this does happen, you will receive a full refund even if the commission has been started.

Usage and Rights

You have the right to upload artwork to your personal website or gallery. All signatures and/or watermarks must remain intact when uploading the artwork.You have the right to crop or resize the artwork for personal use. Credit is not required, but is greatly appreciated.You may print a copy of your commission for personal use only. If you wish to purchase the rights, they may be negotiated for a fee..I retain the rights to all artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. These rights may be negotiated for a fee.I have the right to repost and display commissioned work on personal websites or galleries. The work may also be used for promotional purposes.I have the right to modify, rework, and reuse cancelled commissions for any purpose. The commissioner’s original characters will not appear in the modified version.

I offer commissions of my embroidered illustrations and hoops as well as other textile goods. If you wish me to make something that isn’t listed below feel free to reach out.Prices are subject to change depending on complexity, deadlines, and any other additional requests like different hoop shapes, colors or other decorative elements. I’m also happy to work with budgets and can make adjustments to accommodate.Once a commission is requested with details on what to make, I’ll reach back with a price, any follow-up questions, and a turn-around time.All commissions will have process updates for each phase such as sketches, lineart, and coloring. These are to keeping you updated on your commission as well as ensuring the work is to your liking.
